"Our Prime Minister Narendra Modi has always thought that development should reach every village, every poor home and every farmer's home. Their mission is to double the income of the farmers across Maharashtra and the country and I am very happy that NAREDCO has come forward today to fulfill this goal. My relationship with NAREDCO began since I moved to Mumbai. Since Mumbai is a concrete jungle, builders build the building as soon as they get space. But NAREDCO makes sure that greenery and nature should be there. NAREDCO has also responded well to the goal of planting 6 crore trees in Maharashtra and has implemented tree plantation campaigns with 1.5 lakh last year. I am happy that Fetri is now known not only in Maharashtra but also in the whole of India as an ideal village and we need to utilize scientific farming to move on and we will definitely help. Today, the Fetri is a model village and later it can be a model agricultural village and people from all over the country will come to see the fields and the same tourism will generate income." - Mrs. Amruta Fadnavis, Ambassador of Green Skyline
