JSPL joins hands with Bhasin Group

The Structural Steel Division of Jindal Steel and Power Ltd. (JSPL) has united with real estate firm- Bhasin Group to construct a luxurious commercial project in Noida called Festival city. According to Bhasin Group it has already started the construction of 33 storeys building on 21st October, 2015 and will complete the office tower “Mist” at Festival city by 29th January, 2016, which is a record time of 99 days. The floors will be of composite steel structure with international cutting-edge technology without scaffolding using ‘Made in India’ steel manufactured by JSPL. Under the partnership, JSPL will provide infrastructure solutions to Festival City such as E550 grade structural steel columns and beams, suspended concrete flooring system- Speedfloor for slabs and TMT Welded-mesh for slab reinforcements. Mehta, Director – Marketing, JSPL said, “Keeping in pace with global construction technologies that ensure highest quality standards and significantly lower construction time, the scope of structural steel has been on a steady rise in India. With considerably stronger building structures that are ‘ready to move’ in much shorter times, we are well poised to capitalize on this fast growing segment in the domestic market.
