Isprava ventures into the holiday home rentals space

Isprava, India’s leading luxury home developer, currently builds homes in Goa, Coonoor and Alibaug and has scaled up its operations into the holiday home rental space, by launching ‘Lohono Stays’. ‘Lohono Stays’ by Isprava, intends to add a new range of stunning holiday homes to its portfolio. Alongside renting Isprava-built homes, Lohono Stays enters into contractual deals with independent owners and developers of ultra luxury homes in India and South East Asia. Lohono Stays has also closed its first round of funding led by the Godrej family office and Anand Piramal, raising INR 15 crores. The company is launching with over 250 homes in Goa, Alibaug, Lonavala, Khandala and Coonoor in India and Phuket, Bali and Koh Samui in Asia. ‘Lohono Stays’ by Isprava, will focus on offering the most unique, local and curated hospitality experiences to its customers while they are on vacation by not only delivering a beautiful home in a stunning location, but also managing the entire stay with the help of their well trained and widely connected teams.
