Infra Consultancy Rodic Consultants Launches A-TOM Advisory Services

In a transforming move in consulting space, one of the leading pan-India integrated infrastructure consultancy, Rodic Consultants Pvt. Ltd has announced the launch of one of its kind business unit, A-TOM (Advisory for Transaction, Organizational Support & Management). A-TOM has been curated to handhold infrastructure clients/projects in the entire lifecycle of the project, program or portfolio. With this, Rodic Consultants, in the forthcoming times, shall have the ultimate business advantage of being the firm in the end-to-end block offering of services, solutions and sectors from concept to commissioning. Rodic Consultants is eyeing revenue of Rs 100 crore in FY 21-22 from this new business unit. The service offerings of A-TOM shall comprise strategic interventions like preparing vision documents including growth master plan, project study documents such as feasibility study, DPR (Detailed Project Report) study; Go-To-Market Strategy including market intelligence and feedback; Transaction management including Business planning and Bid process management, Program Support Office (PSO) / Project Portfolio Management (PPM) including Project prioritization cum monitoring and Risk Management, Procurement plans and strategies including Contracts Management, Data visualisation and analytics, etc. The offering shall cut across a wide gamut of sectors and segments, including Transport (Roads and Highways, Airports, Ports, Railways, Metrorail), Urban Development, Power, Agriculture etc. Prashant Gupta, Executive Director, Rodic Consultants, said, "A-TOM – as the acronym suggest, depicts the inherent strength, energy and potential that it carries. This new business unit will be headed by Prashant Gupta as Executive Director (A-TOM). Prashant Gupta has over 20 years of illustrious consulting career with too many firsts to his credit in the Government consulting space. Having served both the sides- Government and private, Prashant brings in a unique blend of entrepreneurship. Prashant has designed lot of unique projects and solutions focusing on large scale capital program and projects. Prior to joining Rodic Consultants, Prashant has served Ernst & Young LLP at a leadership position and had been associated for more than a decade. Along with Prashant there are four senior sector executives and three delivery specialists have joined Rodic as part of this master stroke – as considered by many experts from the sector.
