Housing.com Releases New Song to Target Millennial Home Seekers
Online real estate platform Housing.com recently launched a song as an extension to its "#YahanSearchKhatamKaro" campaign on social media. Created by Red FM, the song aims to target millennial home seekers in India. The song has been launched as its ad campaign starring actors Manoj Bajpayee and Rajkumar Rao is close to completing one year from its launch. The video is built around the premise of company’s TVC, the common hardships buyers, sellers and renters have to face in order to find a perfect home and conversely, sellers or home-owners have to face in order to find the right buyer or tenant. Snehil Gautam, CMO, Housing.com, Makaan.com and PropTiger.com, said, “As a full-stack real estate company, our single-biggest motive is to make property selling, renting and purchasing as easy for our clients as it gets. Home buying, selling or renting does not have to be as hard as it traditionally has been when the buyer, the seller, the tenant or the landlord had to run from pillar to post to find a viable solution to their varying problems. With its light-hearted and humorous approach, our new digital campaign spreads that crucial message.” Nisha Narayanan, Director and COO, Red FM and Magic FM, said, “It was indeed a pleasure for us to partner with Housing.com. The search song captures the problems being faced by consumers in order to address their real estate needs and how Housing.com provides them with the desired solution”. Earlier, the TVC starring actors Manoj Bajpayee and Rajkumar Rao had reached out to over 100 million consumers across various media.  In the coming months with the launch of this new song, it aims to connect with 10 million consumers across social media platforms of the company.
