Maintenance and repair service company for homes and offices EasyFix has tied up with Hafele. Under this tie-up EasyFix will provide after-sale Plumbing service for Hafele’s sanitary ware sold across 11 cities. Hafele is the international manufacturer and supplier of furniture fittings and architectural hardware, with subsidiaries in 150 countries.
Prior tying knots for 11 cities Hafele conducted a small pilot in 3 metros for a month and not wants to go big-band by gradually extending services in additional 35 cities followed by Electrical and Carpentry division.
The liaison facilitates assisting Hafele’s customers with repair and maintenance based support for the brand’s sanitary ware range that includes, Wash-Basin, Urinal, western commode etc. Earlier due to poor plumbing fittings customers would face leakage and seepage issues and to extend its customer service excellence initiatives Hafele has decided to provide free installation demonstration services to its customers.
The program is planned to kick-start on 1st April 2016, post which a Hafele trained and EasyFix certified technician will ensure customer’s get hassle-free after sale service.
The contract currently stands for a year and in this time partners are also looking at integrating their technology platforms. The partnership is initiated keeping mutual growth and long-term plans in mind to create win-win for Brand, Customer and EasyFixer.

Talking about the tie-up, spokesperson, Country Manager, Hafele said, “We are excited to tie-up with EasyFix to give a new meaning to customer service & delivery in India. Hafele has taken this initiative to change the quality of plumbing workmanship otherwise not available and doing so customers will be able to protect their sanitary product along with other related fitting issues.
