Goldmedal Electricals, a leading home-grown fast moving electrical goods (FMEG) company, has introduced i-Touch Wi-Fi Switches, a range of home automation switches that can be controlled manually as well as through a remote control, mobile app and voice commands, viz. Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. These switches are extremely easy to install as they can be retrofitted into the existing wiring of one’s home – without the need to drill any new holes or re-wiring. These switches are super luxurious in appearance, with the blue backlit LED touch buttons making it easier and convenient to operate the unit in the dark. The glass interface ensures that even the gentlest of touches is enough to operate the switches.
Goldmedal’s i-Touch Wi-Fi switches are equipped with a micro controller chip that saves all the parameters pre-set by the user, hence making it easier to operate. They can also be controlled remotely using a remote control and voice commands from any part of the globe using the i-World mobile app. With the i-World app, a user can control and know the status of and even set scenes that control a series of switches at a pre-defined time. The app can also be synced with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
