The second edition of the CREDAI Realty Expo 2019 inaugurated by Shri M Goutham Kumar, Mayor, BBMP and Shri Ram Mohan Raju C R, Deputy Mayor, BBMP at Radisson Blu, Marathahalli witnessed a good response from the potential home buyers in the city. Over 1500 prospective buyers attended the 2-day expo and was seen enquiring about the various segment properties with the developers. The Green Zone initiative conceptualized by CREDAI Bengaluru was one of the major attractions at the expo that helped in creating awareness among the visitors on the importance of waste and traffic management. Most of the visitors were excited to visit the Green Zone stall by Hasirudala and Quick Ride and get educated on sustainability.
34 developers from across the city and six financial institutions participated in this edition of the expo. Stable real estate market, festive season and different offers from the developers helped in the increasing interest and demand for the properties at the expo.
Commenting on the expo, Kishore Jain, President, CREDAI Bengaluru said, “Bangalore being the IT and startup hub draws many young professionals to the city. This influx of people has created the demand for the housing segment there by leading to increased sales. With the rise in disposable income, millennials are also interested in investing in the property. We witnessed many youngsters who came to our expo and enquired about the projects which are close to their office spaces or near to the metro stations.”
Highlighting the benefits of the expo, Errol Fernandes, Secretary, CREDAI Bengaluru said, “This being the auspicious month for buying homes given the festivities, many potential home buyers thronged at our expo with an intention of finalizing on their purchase. Our developers have helped them with all the required information to make a decision. Projects from the range of affordable housing to luxury, uber luxury and plots were exhibited in the expo.”
Speaking on the impact of Green Zone initiative by CREDAI in the expo, Mr. Syed Faisal Rizvi, Chairman, CREDAI Bengaluru Expo Committee said, “As a responsible association, CREDAI always promotes sustainable development for the benefit of the environment. Green Zone initiative is a first of its kind plan started in a realty expo to promote sustainability. Through this, we could successfully educate people on managing waste at their home level and contributing to decrease the traffic congestion in the city.”
CREDAI Bengaluru has associated with Hasirudala Innovations to create awareness on Waste Management and Quick Ride to educate people on Traffic Management. CREDAI is hopeful that the customers continue the practices to have a better management of waste and reduce pollution through less traffic.
