Online Instruments (India) Pvt Ltd, pioneers in distribution of high quality telecommunication and office automation products and solutions, today marked their 25th anniversary celebration with a showcase event with partners and collaborators of the company. The event was hosted in Bangalore over an entertaining evening with energetic performances by the music sensation, Shantanu Mukherjee (Shaan) with an attendance of over 600 dealers/ resellers/ partners to the organization. The company has grown significantly in 25 years delivering innovative products since 1994 with the strength of the company vested in Integrated Technologies along with the balanced, state-of- art manufacturing solutions. This has resulted in the launch of the company’s exclusive LED brand – Orange Plus LED, which aims to be socially responsible and provide sustainable lighting solutions that are innovative and smart on technology for the variety seeking consumer. Speaking on the milestone, Mr ShivanandMahashetti, CEO, Online Instruments said, “In the last 25 years since inception, we have seen the company through various challenges and successes. We initiated a lot of new business lines, ventured into flat panel business, AV integration, distribution of projectors and displays. We started our own brand of AV products, LOGIC. We also added many other AV product brands into our distribution category. Further we diversified our business into the lighting industry with our own range of LED lighting brand, Orange Plus, but also have a back integrated manufacturing facility. In the years to come, we are optimizing our efforts to double the business revenue and aiming for an IPO in 2021. We look forward to the journey ahead and are grateful to all our stakeholders who believed in our vision.” Online Instruments is the synergy of 1,30,000sft area of office, factory and warehouse across all the major cities in India, 2 overseas offices and 450 plus employees. The company’s manufacturing facility currently employs 100 + people in one shift which will be expanded to two shifts with 250 + people. Further the organisation drive large social impact projects in Karnataka with the establishment of schools and adoption of 21 Government schools.
