Keen to dispose the pending applications for regularisation of unauthorized structures in orchard and settlement zones, the state government on Thursday decided that the Town and Country Planning (TCP) board will clear applications for illegal structures that were built on orchard land.
As per the roadmap prepared, TCP will regularise commercial constructions built within 100sqm and unauthorised houses built within 200 sqm on private land in orchard areas.
